3690892 - SSCUI 105768 Create Settlement Profile - New Entryies field grayed out in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The "New Entries" field in the "Create Settlement Profile" configuration is grayed out.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SSCUI ID 105768 "Create Settlement Profile" configuration.
  2. Go to Menu > Edit > New Entries.
  3. Observe that the "new entries" field remains grayed out and cannot be modified.

Cause

The inability to create new settlement profiles or modify certain parameters within specific settlement profiles is by design.

Resolution

Refer to the test script document for the Implementation and Best Practice of scope item BNA, specifically section 2.5.12 - Update Settlement Profile via SAP Process Navigator. You can find the scope item using SAP Signavio Process Navigator.

Note that SSCUI ID 105768 "Create Settlement Profile" does not currently support the creation of new settlement profiles or modification of certain parameters.
