Symptom
The issue started on 12.03.2025 and happens during both export to Cloud TMS and import with Cloud TMS. Upon export, one of the below error pops up:
“failed to run tmsUpload step – failed to upload file – returned with response 500 internal server error.”
"Upload failed. - Service request failed. Contact service request provider for support."
During import, the following error can be seen in the transport import log (independent of type and application endpoint, so the below 2 are just examples):

****** ****** ****** ERROR_START_DEPLOYMENT Transport request '****' (id: ****): Exception during start of deployment for deploy type 'SLP_CTS': Detailed error message was written into application server log F
The identified landscapes so far are EU10 and EU20.
