Symptom

When performing a full synchronization in the SAP FSM mobile application, the process may take an extended amount of time. Users may attempt to move the application to the background—such as by opening another app—to continue working on other tasks while the synchronization is still in progress. However, upon returning to the SAP FSM app, the synchronization may not have completed as expected.
