3691019 - Error - FCO_AVC123 when changing currency for Budget Profile

Symptom

The error - FCO_AVC123 is encountered when trying to change a Project Budget Profile that uses semantic tag PSQBUDGET. 

Error - Prof. *** with sem. tag PSQBUDGET must use global currency (30) instead of ****.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Access SSCUI - Maintain Budget Availability Control Profile for Projects, ID - 102413.

Attempt to chage Budget Currency Type from 30 to another currency.

Error FCO_AVC123 returned.

Cause

For semantic tag - PSQBUDGET only the Global Currency is permitted as the Budget Currency Type. 

Resolution

Only the Global Currency tpye can be used here.
