3691021 - G/L accounts are not displayed in the Manage Global Hierarchies app

• When attempting to add a G/L Account to a G/L Account Hierarchy in the G/L Account Node there are no G/L Accounts displayed from the value search. 
• A user is adding G/L Accounts to an existing or new G/L Account Hierarchy there are missing G/L Accounts in the list. 
• It is not possible to add general ledger accounts to a hierarchy as they are missing in the "F4" search.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Manage Global Hierarchies app. 
2. Create a new G/L Account Hierarchy or edit an existing G/L Account Hierarchy.
3. Edit.
4. '+' icon to add node.
5. G/L Account button.
6. 'From G/L Account'.
7. There are missing or no accounts maintained in the value help. 
   
   
   
   
8. For example we can see the accounts in the G/L Master Data app.
   
   
9. When attempting to assign these G/L accounts they are not visible in the value search. "No matching items found" is displayed.
   
   

The implementation status of the G/L accounts is not P therefore it is not applicable for assignment to the G/L Account Hierarchy. 

The implementation status of the G/L Accounts are marked as either N (Not Used) or I (In Process).To check perform the following

1. Manage G/L Account Master Data.
2. Add or search for the accounts that are not displayed.
3. Go.
4. Settings.
5. Add view "Implementation Status in Chart of Accounts". As shown the accounts are listed as N (Not Used).  To make these accounts for usage;
   
   
   
   
6. Mass Change.
7. Other Attributes. 
8. Implementation Status to P (Productive Use).
   
   
   
   
9. Save.
10. Open Manage Global Hierarchies.
11. The accounts are now applicable for assignment within the G/L Account Hierarchy.
