Symptom
Users are unable to access requisitions and orders in Guided Buying. When trying to open Purchase Orders or Requisitions in Guided Buying after being redirected from Ariba Classic Buying, users receive the following error message:
"We're sorry - a system error has occurred.
Return to the Ariba login page to log in again.
If the problem persists, contact your administrator or Ariba Customer Support and reference error number xxxxxxx"
