Quotes that have been submitted to approver are not showing up to approve since migration to 2.0.
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Load quotes page.
- Quotes are not showing under 'Waiting for Approval'.
- Quotes are under 'Other Quotes' with 'Pending approval'.
Cause
- Bug in system.
- For migrated quotes, a specific database field responsible for displaying quotes on the Waiting for Approval tab is not being migrated properly. The issue occurs only for migrated quotes, newly created quotes are not affected.
Resolution
Tentative release date given is 2602.
