3691100 - Renamed Product Displays Old Name in Copied Sales Quote

• Renamed product shows old name in copied quote rather than the new name
• The Product name displayed in Sales Quote does not match the actual Product name

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Quote
2. Search and open a quote with Product
3. Open the product, rename the Product and save
4. Go back to the Sales Quote, copy the Sales Quote
5. In the products of the new Sales Quote, you expect to see the new product name but the old name appears

This is a system limitation. The product name is copied from the original Sales Quote.

To display the new product name, either;

• Remove the product and add the product with the new name in the sales quote
• Create a new Sales Quote with the updated name
