3691151 - Error "Cannot perform operation on selected objects; objects may have been deleted by another user. (UID-10037)" when accessing Scorecard in Information Steward

Symptom

  • User Interface (UI) Error: Upon accessing Scorecard in certain projects within Information Steward, the following error message is displayed: "Cannot perform operation on selected objects; objects may have been deleted by another user. (UID-10037)". Consequently, the Scorecard cannot be viewed, modified, or deleted.
  • Log Files Exception: Concurrently, the following Java exception is also recorded in both InformationSteward.Service.log and InformationSteward.ApplicationService.log: "com.sap.icc.sdk.rule.NoSuchRuleException: Object of type Rule named <rule_id> does not exist. (COR-10552)"
