When executing one of the Order-based planning jobs (Application Jobs ‒ Order-Based Planning), example:

• Order-Based Planning: Supply Planning Run
• Order-Based Planning: Deployment Run
• Order-Based Planning: Create Planned Receipts from Interactive Key Figures
• Order-Based Planning: Fix or Unfix Planned Receipts
• Order-Based Planning: Delete Planned Receipts
• Order-Based Planning: Transportation Load Building Run

The job fails with the following error message:

• Technical error during key figure read, please create a ticket.

This issue occurs when the Planning Filter used for the job contains Advanced Operators such as:

• Starts with
• Ends with
• Greater than
• Less than
• Contains

• SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• SAP Integrated Business Planning (SCM-IBP)
