3691366 - Exclude substitution receipts of interchangeable product location in SNP optimizer

The "Add Products from Supersession Chains" indicator is flagged during the SNP optimizer run, all products of a supersession chain will be included in the selection and generate substitution receipts .

The optimizer generates substitution receipt planned orders for all product locations the selection profile.
