3691394 - Proficiency Level Scale does not update automatically in Growth Portfolio after change

• Changing the Proficiency Level Scale associated with attribute type and competency is not reflecting in Growth Portfolio.

Change the Proficiency Level Scale for attributes following the below steps:

1. Disable the Growth Portfolio.
2. Navigate to "Manage Talent Intelligence Hub"
3. Go to the Attribute Types tab, choose the specific attribute type for which you want to change the proficiency level scale.
4. Click on the "Change Scale" button associated with the selected attribute type.
5. Select the new proficiency level scale you wish to associate with the attribute type.
6. Save changes.
7. After selecting the new scale, click Save to apply the changes.
8. Re-enable Growth Portfolio.

After the process, you'll see that the new Proficiency Level Scale will not be displaying in Growth Portfolio for already added attributes.

This is expected behavior.

To force refresh the proficiency scale update for attributes in Growth Portfolio:

• For manually added attributes: remove and re-add or re-import the attributes.
• For role-based attributes:

1. Navigate to Admin Tools > Manage Job Profile Content.
2. Locate the affected role.
3. Identify the affected mapped attribute.
4. Change the expected rating by clicking the pencil icon.
5. Save the changes.
6. Verify in Growth Portfolio that the rating scale has updated for the role-mapped attribute.
