3691412 - Login to Backoffice via SSO requires double clicks "Login with Single Sign On" to make login successfully

Symptom

When login to the Backoffice by clicking the "Login with Single Sign On", it requires a second click to successfully login:

  • The first time, after clicking the "Login with Single Sign On", the user will be redirected to IDP for authentication. After authentication, the page will go back to the normal login page instead of login successfully.
  • After the second click on "Login with Single Sign On", the user can log in to Backoffice successfully without any other actions.

Note: This issue occurs when the domains of SP and IDP are different.
