3691514 - Some specific users still encounter unexpected system behavior though variant with parameter DY_SELMO 'X' is deleted and recreated in IH01.

Symptom

  • Create Order menu option is greyed out in IH01.
  • When double clicking on functional location, error message "Choose a Valid Object" is raised. 
  • When double clicking on the installed equipment, a blank screen is displayed.  
  • The variant with parameter DY_SELMO 'X' is deleted and re-created in IH01 while the issue persists.
