3691517 - Recruiting Daily Rules Processing Batch Job not creating internal candidate profiles for Users/Employees - Recruiting Management

• Users added to the system via the daily scheduled Employee Import job are not being processed by the Recruiting Daily Rules Processing Batch job for internal candidate profile creation. 
• Internal candidate profiles are not being created for employees added through Employee Import. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Add users to the system using the daily scheduled Employee Import job.
2. Run the Recruiting Daily Rules Processing Batch job.
3. Observe that internal candidate profiles are not created for the imported users. 

The HIREDATE field in the Employee User Data File (UDF) import for the users is null.

1.  Ensure that internal candidate profile creation is enabled for the users.
2. If internal candidate profile creation is not enabled, run the Recruiting Daily Rules Processing Batch job separately, as the candidate creation process has been separated from the Off Cycle Event Batch Processing Job (BizXDailyRuleBatch).
3. Populate or maintain the HIREDATE field in the Employee User Data File (UDF) import for the users.
4. Verify that all users in the UDF have their hire date maintained to enable internal candidate profile creation.
