3691517 - Recruiting Daily Rules Processing Batch Job not creating internal candidate profiles for Users/Employees - Recruiting Management

Users who are directly added to the system through a daily scheduled job Employee Import are not being picked by the Recruiting Daily Rules Processing Batch job for internal candidate profile creation.

HIREDATE field in UDF (Employee User Data File) import for the users is null.

If DPCS isn’t enabled for internal candidate profile, internal candidate creation has to be executed by running "Recruiting Daily Rules Processing Batch Job" separately as candidate creation process has been decoupled from Off Cycle Event Batch Processing Job (BizXDailyRuleBatch).

For the job to pick up the users for the internal candidate profile creation, it is required to populate or maintain the value for HIREDATE field in UDF (Employee User Data File) import. Make sure that all the users in the UDF have hire date maintained for the internal candidate profile creation.
