3691524 - Title Personnel action sets incorrect Employment Status (IT0000) — adjust T529A Action Type configuration

Symptom

  • When executing a specific personnel action (often a custom action), the employee’s Employment Status on Infotype 0000 is not set as intended (for example, remains Active when it should become Inactive, or vice versa).
  • The incorrect status can trigger follow‑up issues such as erroneous eligibility in downstream processes (payroll/time), security or workflow behavior, or inconsistent integration behavior.
