Symptom

  • Supplier replication from Ariba to S/4HANA fails when the supplier includes Purchasing Organization data.
  • Error message: "{0}: user not present for Partner Function. Please correct these errors or contact your integration administrator before synchronizing this supplier with the ERP system."
  • Replication succeeds only when the supplier contains Company Code data.
