3691677 - Copied Email Template translation is not generating for different language - Onboarding

Customer made copy of multiple email templates with English US, English Debug, French, Japanese, Chinese Simplified, Traditional Chinese language.
When they select different language in translation drop down menu, system is not generating the translation in Subject and Body Text of the template.
It shows blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Make a copy of the Default system provided template with different local enabled.
2. In the new copied template, translation will not auto populate.

System may not have made proper copy of the original template.

You should delete previously copied template. Make a fresh new copy from the original template and check if the translation will generate now.
