3691681 - Error message QV046 "The UD valuation and the batch status deviate from one another" occurs when making usage decision

When attempting to make a usage decision to post inspection stock to blocked stock, error message QV046 "The UD valuation and the batch status deviate from one another" occurs.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Inspection Lots app.
2. Choose an inspection lot and click "Make Usage Decision" button.
3. Make a negative usage decision as "Rejected".
4. After saving, error QV046 occurs.

This is standard system behavior. 
If the "Appr.Batch Recd Req." indicator is set in material master, the system behavior should ensure that the batch will not be accidentally released despite the rejection of usage decision.
As a result, the check will be triggered after usage decision and error QV046 occurs when batch status is unrestricted and a negative usage decision is made.

• Unset the "Appr.Batch Recd Req." indicator in the material master.
• If it's needed to keep the "Appr.Batch Recd Req." indicator, make sure select another usage decision code, for example, make a positive usage decision as "Accepted". Or, change the batch status to restricted.
