1. Log in to the Employee Central (EC) system with Company ID and user
2. Click on Payroll Option in Dropdown
3. You get error 503 Service Unavailable No server is available to handle this request

Incorrect URL configuration

1. Go to Manage Data > SAP System Configuration and Payroll System Configuration
2. Replace URL "https://myXXXXXX.payroll.hr.cloud.sap" with"https://myXXXXXX.payroll.ondemand.com"
