Symptom
- "******************.****-1.dws.workzone.ondemand.com refused to connect." when logged in to Work Zone.
- After receiving a notification that a SAML trusted IDP in your Work Zone has expired - you renewed the certificate on Destination Trusts in BTP, your users are able to login but encountering the "refused to connect" error message
- When downloading the logs on Site Manager, the message: "SAML assertion failed validation." can be seen.
