3691725 - SAP IQ - "restore database" statement fails with "SQL Anywhere Error -97: Database page size too big" error

Symptom

During running "restore database" statement on utility server using an IQ full backup, it fails with following error.

--connect to utility server
1> restore database '/catalog_path/IQ.db'
2> from '/backup_path/IQ_backup_file'
...
50> go
Msg 927, Level 14, State 0

SQL Anywhere Error -97: Database page size too big:
/catalog_path/IQ.db
