When trying to open the corporate data model being downloaded, "error on line 1 at column 1: Start tag expected, '<' not found" is displayed.

1. Export corporate data model.
2. The download itself is successful, but "error on line 1 at column 1: Start tag expected, '<' not found" is displayed.

This is a permission issue.

Open the file in plain text version for example notebook, you can observe the real error, which is “You don’t have sufficient permission to perform the Import/Export action on the Corporate Data Model” . 

So grant the necessary permission should be able to resolve the issue.
