3691800 - "Ｍanage Custom Experience" and "Delete iContent Files" in Permission Restrictions tab and exported role - SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2H2025

"Manage custom experience" and "Delete icontent files" permission is missing for all admin roles in the Permission Restrictions tab and role export.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2511

1. Login and navigate to Role management.
2. Search for "ALL" or other default roles.
3. Expand all permissions under the Permissions tab.
4. Use CTRL + F to identify the permissions "Manage custom experience" and "Delete icontent files" are assigned.
5. Navigate to the Permission Restrictions tab and repeat the search 
6. Observe that the permissions "Manage custom experience" and "Delete icontent files" are missing.
7. Export the data using "Export Data > Admin Role".
8. Verify that the permissions are missing in the exported files.

The issue was caused by missing workflow records in the pa_role_wf_entity_fct_access table in 2511 release.

1. Remove the two affected permissions ("Manage custom experience" and "Delete icontent files") from the role in the Permissions tab.
2. Re-add the same permissions to the role in the Permissions tab.
3. This way the permissions will be correctly inserted into the pa_role_wf_entity_fct_access table.
4. Confirm that the permissions are now displayed in the Permission Restrictions tab and included in the role export file.
