3691800 - "Ｍanage Custom Experience" and "Delete iContent Files" missing from Permission Restrictions tab and exported role

"Manage custom experience" and "Delete icontent files" permissions are missing from all Learning Administrators' roles in the respective Permission Restrictions tab and when exporting the roles.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM and navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Security > Role Management >
2. Search for any default role, such as role ID ALL and open it in Edit mode >
3. At the Permissions tab, click on 'Expand all' to see all permissions added to this role >
4. Use CTRL + F to search to confirm that the permissions "Manage custom experience" and "Delete icontent files" are assigned >
5. Navigate to the Permission Restrictions tab and repeat the search for the above permissions >
6. Observe that the permissions "Manage custom experience" and "Delete icontent files" are missing from this tab, even though they are assigned to the role >
7. Now at System Administration > System Management Tools > Export Data > Entity type: Admin Role > Next >
8. Select the role reviewed in the steps #2 to 6 above > and proceed with the export job >
9. At the downloaded file, verify that the permissions in question are also missing in the exported files.

The issue was caused by missing workflow records in the pa_role_wf_entity_fct_access table after the 2H2025 release (b2511 version).

To have both permissions displayed at the Permission Restrictions tab), please proceed as below:

1. At Learning Administration > System Administration > Security > Role Management >
2. Search for the affected role and open it in Edit mode >
3. At the Permissions tab, click on 'Expand all' to see all permissions added to this role >
4. Remove the two affected permissions ("Manage custom experience" and "Delete icontent files") from the role >
5. Still at the same role's record > Permissions tab > click on 'add one or more from list' and add the above permissions again >
6. This way the permissions will be correctly inserted into the pa_role_wf_entity_fct_access table >
7. Confirm that the permissions are now properly displayed in the Permission Restrictions tab and included in the role export file.
