3691805 - Packing status set to completed after Pick HU

Symptom

In EWM, the pack status of the delivery changes from “Not Started” to “Completed” immediately after the picking activity is completed using a Pick HU.

  • Pack status is automatically updated to "Completed" when the picking activity is performed using Pick.
  • Packing is not initiated during the picking process; the expectation is for the pack status to change from "Not Started" to "Completed" only after the packing activity is completed at the pack station.
