3691807 - "whose recipient URL [XXX] does not match requested URL" during SSO with Corporate IdP

Symptom

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) with the corporate Identity Provider (IdP) fails to work as expected. The user is unable to authenticate successfully.
  • The Identity Authentication Troubleshooting logs contain the following error:

    "Service Provider has received SAML2Assertion from Identity Provider [XXX] whose recipient URL [AAA] does not match requested URL [BBB].
