When the user feedback survey feature was released in guided buying, it was optional. Customers controlled this feature with the guided buying parameter PARAM_ENABLE_USER_FEEDBACK_SURVEY. The survey displays on the home page in guided buying and the data gathered from the surveys is used by SAP to improve guided buying. However, the survey is no longer controlled by that parameter and it automatically displays on the guided buying home page.
