• Error message: "Error while creating PSE".
• Exception raised during the creation of a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) in the Maintain Client Certificates application.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to Maintain Client Certificates app.
2. Click on "Create New Certificate Signing Request" button.
3. Enter Description and Name.
4. Click on Create Signing Request.
5. Error message appears: "Error while creating PSE".

Missing details of the Certificate Authority (CA), such as Organization(O), Country(C) or Org. Unit(OU), required for CSR creation.

1. Fill in the details of the Certificate Authority (CA), including Organization(O), Country(C) or Org. Unit(OU), to create the CSR.
2. Refer to the approved list of CA under the SAP Global Trust List available at 2801396 - SAP Global Trust List - SAP for Me
