3691953 - After 2H 2025 - Inconsistency in the Manage Permission Roles - ‘Last Modified By’

Post the 2H 2025 release, the "View History" feature in Manage Permission Roles displays inconsistencies:

• The "Modified By" field is missing or incorrect in various instances.
• When comparing two items, the "Former" displays name, while "Current" has no information.
