Symptom
When opening a workflow and clicking the link to a future Job Information change shown within the Time Off section, the system should open the Job History dialog. Instead, it displays the error: "Unable to process the request. No service is available for TIME_OFF_INFORMATION."
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to a user's profile.
- Actions > Change Job and Comp Info.
- Add a record with future effective date, e.g. Jan 1st, 2026.
- Change any Time Off field, e.g. "Holiday Work Pattern".
- Save > Workflow will trigger.
- Approve the workflow.
- Follow the same steps, but now with an earlier date, e.g. Dec 1st, 2025.
- Change any Time Off field, e.g. "Holiday Work Pattern".
- Save > Workflow will trigger.
- Navigate to Manage Workflow Requests > Find the pending workflow.
- Click the "A Job Information change will take effect on Jan 01, 2026" link.
- See the error display.
Resolution
- Product Engineering is working on the fix for the issue
- This KBA will be updated once there are further updates
