• Permission error occurs when accessing the I-9 task or completing e-signature for rehire with old employment scenarios;
• Error message displayed: "You do not have permission to access the page.";
• The error does not occur after candidate start date;

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the user assigned to the task
2. Navigate to the "To-Do" section.
3. Attempt to complete e-signing of employee documents or I9 task
4. Select the Rehire with Old Employment with a future hire date.
5. Click "Start" and observe the error message: "You do not have permission to access the page."

This behavior is expected due to the system's design, as the Onboardee is added to the target population only on the start date.

If it is successfully voted on and approved, it can be implemented in future product releases.
