3692115 - Job Information rules are not getting triggered - Employee Central

When checking Business Rules' execution in Rule Trace, no Job Information Rules are present.

This can also lead to Event Reason Derivation Rules' errors such as: "No event reason or event found for user XXXX."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Set up a Rule Trace as per KBA 2257064;
2. Perform any transaction that should trigger Job Information Business Rules;
3. Download Rule Trace;
4. Notice that no Job Information Rules were executed.

Data Model sync issue.

1. Re-import Data Model;
2. Ensure that the Synchronize Business Configuration job has run afterward.

If you, as a customer, does not have permission to import Data Model via Admin Center, please raise a ticket with Employee Central Support Team providing written approval to re-upload the xml.
