3692130 - Condition value is not calculated even though it has an Amount and a Condition basis

Symptom

When creating a document, it is noted that a Condition record was found for a Condition, but the Condition value was not calculated, despite the Condition having an Amount and a Condition basis.
If the Condition has an Amount and a Condition basis value, it is expected to calculate the Condition value from these fields.
