3692218 - Active employee displayed as inactive in Goal Management > People Selector

An active employee is incorrectly displayed as "inactive" in the People Selector when accessing the Goals module. This issue does not occur when the employee's manager checks the user in People Selector > Direct Reports. 

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Proxy as the affected user.
2. Select Goals from the module picker.
3. "(Inactive)" appears next to the user's name in the People Selector area.
4. Proxy as the User's manager.
5. Select Goals from the module picker.
6. Affected user is listed under Direct Reports without the inactive tag.

Please make sure the logged-in “active” user has been granted the user search permission that targets him/her own self. 

Viewing the Target user in the people Profile requires having General Permission > Company Info > User Search permission for that target employment.
