3692227 - Organization Connector clears Organization Financial tab

Symptom

Upon updating a Organization's description via Organization Connector, the Financial tab gets cleared.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Populate the Financial details of an existing organization>
  2. Now update its description via Organization Connector>
  3. Go back to the Organization Financial tab>
  4. All information populated previously is gone.

Resolution

This is product defect based on Engineering analysis. The fix has been implemented and it will be available in the next major Product Release 1H2026.
