3692241 - IBP: Export collection fails with "Multilanguage is switched off in source"

Symptom

When exporting a software collection to the target system, error messages such as below are raised:

  • Error message: "Export is not supported in this type of tenant."
  • Error message: "Cannot import model entity. Multilanguage is switched off in source."
  • Error message: "The import of IBP 'Object' failed."
  • Error message: "Import failed."
  • Error message: "Collection ## version ## failed or only partially imported."
