3692273 - Labels changed in Manage Languages are not reflected in Integration Center - Integrations/RCM

A label has been modified in Recruiting via Manage Languages, however the Integration Center job output is still pulling the old value.

This is an expected behavior of the system. Changing a label via Manage Languages is only applicable to the user interface, as documented in the implementation guide: "You can use the Manage Languages tool to change User Interface (UI) text you see on the system", Modifying UI Text in Manage Languages - Overview.

In Integration Center, the values are pulled in a raw format, showing what is stored in the database for Recruiting data. Therefore, it will pull the value configured in raw in the Integration Center output.
