3692276 - Message "Waiting Job execution to start the download" in transaction code NFE_MASS_DOWNLOAD

Symptom

Consider the following scenario:

  • You are using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, outbound invoicing option for Brazil (Outbound Nota Fiscal) solution
  • You are using transaction code NFE_MASS_DOWNLOAD to download the XML files of the Outbound NF-es or Outbound CT-es, according to the solution delivered by SAP Note 3493360 - Outbound DF-e: Enable mass download of electronic documents

When you create a new file to be downloaded, it is appearing the message "Waiting Job execution to start the download" and the download is not started.
