1. Check a query in BW side which has some members that are not in the hierarchy.
2. Create an import job with this BW query using the same hierarchy in Model Data Management.
3. After import, check from Model data, there is no member from unassigned node. They are aggregated and being displayed as one node (Not Assigned Member) 

This is currently a designed behavior.

The SAC agent does not support expanding the unassigned node (all members that are not in the hierarchy) for model import.

The unassigned node will be expanded for dimension import.

Please create enhancement request(see 2424376 - How do you create an enhancement request and provide feedback for SAP Analytics Cloud?) if you need this feature to expand unassigned node in model import.
