Resolution
When sending an offer letter via "Online Offer" or "Email as PDF Attachment", there is a second step where you can send an email notification and attach documents.
There are two ways to add predefined attachments, which differ in whether documents are attached by default and who can manage them:
Option A: Add documents using the "Attach a document" button on the offer letter email notification
- This attachment option acts as a mini library where all documents uploaded will be saved for future use, eliminating the need for repeated uploads.
- Unselected documents are visible only to the uploader, while selected documents become visible to all operators.
- The uploader can delete documents using the trash icon.
- Documents are not attached to the email until the uploader selects the checkbox next to them and clicks Attach.
To store a document in the mini library:
- Click Attach a document.
- Click Browse to select files.
- Click Upload.
- (Optional) Select the checkbox to attach to the current email.
- Click Attach to save changes.
Note: If you do not click Attach, files will not be stored.
Option B: Add documents via Manage Recruiting Email Templates
Documents added in the email template are automatically attached to the email.
The "Attach a document" button will display "x documents attached", and documents from the template are selected by default.
Operators can choose to deselect them.
