Requirement Priority and Requirement Urgency are fetched in PR with default value based on configuration. Then Requirement Urgency is changed to 0 manually and Requirement Priority is also changed to 0 accordingly. During PO creation referring to this PR, the values of Requirement Priority and Requirement Urgency in PO are not copied from PR. instead, the default values in table PACT (PRIO_ACT X) are used.
