3692443 - IBP: Several issues appear in Process Management though it worked earlier with Social Collaboration

Symptom

Below issues appears in IBP Process Management and IBP Collaboration Tool:

  1. When opening a process step in a template, the following message appears: "Select a collaboration group for the step",


  2. The Collaboration Group names are garbled in the process templates/step. When clicking the field "The selected process isn't created with the current collaboration tool, or you aren't a member of the selected group" error message appears,


  3. "Collaboration couldn't start" message  appears when clicking the IBP Collaboration app,

  4. Console Log Errors shows:

    • "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403"
    • "MessageBroker (id-...) failed"
    • "Target client(s) not found in the provided channel"
    • "single_use_tokens 401 (Unauthorized)"
    • "single_use_tokens request failed"
