Symptom

  • When the last login date field is updated in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), it does not trigger the account update to Emarsys, resulting in the last login date not being updated in Emarsys.
  • If another field, such as subscriptions, is updated in CDC, the last login date is sent to Emarsys.
