3692658 - Failed to load a VC configuration with configuration id

 An error "Failed to load a VC configuration with configuration id" occurs when attempting to re-open an already added product in the Quote.

SAP CPQ

1. Open Quote.
2. Configure product part number 
3. Configure it with random values until complete 
4. Add the product to the quote
5. Attempt to edit the configuration again, which triggers the error. 

Configuration Duplication

• Cause of the problem is with a product that is appearing twice within the runtime configuration.
• The duplication is leading to a conflict as the system is designed to verify the BOM position, which is identical for both sub-items.
