3692706 - Users notified of a scheduled report job start/completion are unable to find the job under My Jobs in Report Center

Even though a user is notified via email of a scheduled job start/completion, they are unable to find said report job available for download under View Schedules → My Jobs.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. User A schedules a report to be run in Report Center and adds User B as a job start/completion
2. User B receives a notification of the job start/completion
3. User B access Report Center → View Schedules → My Jobs
4. User B is unable to see the job for the scheduled report while User A can

This is an expected behavior where only the schedule authors will be able to view the scheduled jobs under 'My Jobs'.

Notified users may take the following approaches to have access to the scheduled job:

• User B may proxy to User A and access their My Jobs page
• User B may access the 'All Schedules' page and run the job on their end
• User B may create a schedule of their own (preferably not running at the exact same time as User A's schedule)
