3692726 - Multiattachmentselection field not marked as mandatory in Reimagined Candidate Experience - Recruiting

• A multiattachmentselection field configured as required in the application template does not display the required asterisk in the candidate application form.
• Candidates are able to submit applications without adding the mandatory field.

As part of 2H 2025 release, the required asterisk for multiattachment fields do not appear in the reimagined candidate experience. 

During initial apply, if the user tries to save or apply, an error will be thrown that the field is required. However, during update of the application (updating post applying) there are no validations so candidates can update applications without any issue. This is the behaviour when the multiattachmentselection field is configured in both candidate and application template.

There is an engineering ticket open to fix the issue of the mutliattachmentselection field not showing as required. Please refer internal reference number RCM-155439 to your CSM for internal updates.
