3692756 - Incorrect API Path in HTTP Data Causing Failed Connection in Customer Insights Integration with SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

The integration between Customer Insights and SAP S/4HANA fails. In the Customer Insight Administration > Communication Configuration view, all options appear inactive and the communication configuration cannot be activated. The HTTP Data connection status shows as failed.
