3692763 - Error "Tax Code 1 is not valid" When Maintaining General RFC ID MX1 XEXX010101000

Symptom

  • An error occurs when attempting to maintain the General RFC ID MX1 Tax Type XEXX010101000 for a customer (Foreign Customer for Mexico).
  • The system throws the error message: "Tax Code 1 is not valid" (AR129)
  • The issue occurs when selecting the Tax category MX1 and inputting Tax Number XEXX010101000 in the Identification tab of a Business Partner.
  • The system accepts the Tax ID when the natural person option is selected.
