3692773 - Why can’t I change the owner of a Custom Form (CF) in SAP Ariba Buying?

Symptom

Customers may need to transfer ownership of a Custom Form (CF) from one user to another (for example, when user domains change, or a form is mistakenly created under the wrong account). 

They might expect this process to work similarly to the Reassign Approvable Roles feature available for other document types such as: 

  • Reassign Requisition 

  • Reassign Contract Request 

  • Reassign Receipt 

  • Reassign Invoice 

  • Reassign Service Sheets 

  • Reassign Advance Payments 

  • Reassign Charge 

 However, when attempting this with Custom Forms, there is no option to reassign or transfer ownership.
