Symptom

  • The Universe Analyzer tool in SAP BI Platform Support Tool version 2.1.x does not display analysis results on the screen, showing blank fields instead.
  • The issue persists across various UNV and UNX files tested, all of which display blank results.
  • The SAP BusinessObjects server is installed in a non-English Windows system. E.g. Windows 2019 Japanese edition.
